Terms of Use

You need an account to buy, and your email address has to be verified before your first purchase. Keep your password to yourself: anyone who can sign in can open your codes.

One person, one account. Accounts made to get around limits or promotions can be closed.

Gift cards are country-specific. A South Africa card only redeems on an account registered in South Africa, whatever country you live in. We show the region on every card, check it against the region you picked, and ask you to confirm it at checkout.

If you buy the wrong region we’ll look at it case by case, but a code that has been revealed can’t be returned. Our region guides show where to find your account’s country.

Codes are supplied by the brand through our supplier. We don’t change them, and we can’t control what the brand allows you to spend them on.

Most codes arrive within seconds of payment. If one can’t be delivered, we put the money back in your Gemworks wallet straight away and tell you.

If a code doesn’t redeem, the Loot Guarantee covers it: we check it with the supplier and either replace it or credit your wallet.

Prices are in US dollars and are what you pay. Orders are paid in full at checkout. If a payment fails or times out, nothing is charged and any store credit you used goes back to your wallet.

Gems, XP, levels, streaks and spins are rewards inside Gemworks. They are not money, can’t be cashed out or transferred, and can be changed or ended. Promo codes are one per order unless we say otherwise, and can’t be used with wholesale or bulk buying.

• Buying to resell at scale, or with stolen payment details.
• Using someone else’s EcoCash number or card without permission.
• Charging back a payment for codes you have already opened.
• Trying to break, scrape or overload the site.

We can hold an order for review or suspend an account when our fraud checks flag it. If we got it wrong, contact us and we’ll sort it out quickly. If an account is closed for fraud, any unspent store credit is forfeited.

When Gemworks Jewellery opens it will be sold and delivered inside Zimbabwe only, priced in USD and paid in full at checkout, with no cash on delivery. Photos may vary slightly from the piece you receive, delivery dates are estimates, an order may be cancelled and refunded if an item turns out to be out of stock or mispriced, and a parcel counts as received once the delivery or collection code is confirmed.

If we change anything important we’ll say so on this page and update the date at the top. Carrying on using Gemworks means the new terms apply.
