How store credit works

Your wallet is store credit held on your account. You'll see it under Account, then Wallet.

Where it comes from

• A card we couldn't deliver, refunded automatically.
• A Loot Guarantee claim you chose to take as credit.
• A goodwill credit from our support team.

Spending it

At checkout there's a switch to use your credit. It comes off the total, and you pay the rest. If your credit covers the whole order, you don't pay anything else.

Credit doesn't expire. If you'd rather have the money back on your original payment method, ask us and we'll arrange it where the payment provider allows.
