Where is my code?
Codes land in your Loot Vault seconds after payment. Here's what to check if yours hasn't.
Almost all codes arrive within a few seconds of payment.
Check the order page
Open Account, then Orders and pick the order. The page updates itself while the code is being bought, so leave it open for a few seconds.
If it still says "Getting your codes"
Buying from the supplier occasionally takes a minute. We keep trying in the background, and we email you the moment it's ready.
If a card failed
If we can't deliver a card at all, we put the money straight back into your Gemworks wallet and say so on the order. You don't have to ask for it.
If your payment is still waiting
An EcoCash prompt expires if it isn't approved. Open the order and choose Try again, and we'll send a fresh prompt at the same price.
